What to get your favorite traveler(and that might be you).

We're planning our big move and saving our coins along with trying to do a little something for our loved ones this year. As such we like to know what someone REALLY wants or could use at this time of the year vs oh here's a "pretty". Now there's nothing wrong with a pretty under a tree but sometimes useful may be better. If you have a traveler on your list, then we've got ideas that are sure to fulfill, delight and please your favorite frequent flyer (she is me--and she might be you, and that's okay too!)

There is always going to be a cold spot somewhere: on the plane, waiting at the airport, etc. A travel blanket is the unasked for gift that you wish you had asked for. It will always be appreciated.

Socks

Kat is certain that compression socks make a world of difference for her when flying. I believe it and highly recommend it as well since many folks have circulation issues, and the cabin pressure of an airplane only exacerbates it. However, I personally like something comfy and fluffy when on a long flight. Either way, you'll have to take them both types of socks off when getting off to walk on to your destination. But a traveler would find use for either. Compression socks and Cozy socks

For us older folks, aches and pains that we experience on a regular basis can be hell and damnation when stuck in one position for hours in a vehicle. If you ever loved somebody, put some glucosamine chondroitin in their xmas stocking. They will certainly love you back. It improved my knee pain dramatically. Throw in some Immodium AD as well because we eat, and they will too.

We all know somebody who keeps it cute, even when traveling. That person knows how to even make something comfortable and casual look good. We have a traveling tee for her or him.

Kat has a set in orange and swears she won’t ever travel without them again. She's a little bit odd when it comes to packing. Does it all really have to fit or serve a purpose on the trip? I say no, she says carry on. As in team carry on.

You never know when you are going to be stuck without an outlet, or a port, or a charger. Having a portable charger handy means that your favorite traveler doesn't have to be stuck out there in a struggle situation. That's what we don't want. These are love.

Any travel aficionado will keep this very close to their hearts. It can be used to charge iphones, androids, laptops, etc. It can be used in across continents, including the US, Europe, and Asia. I need one, as a matter of fact. And this one is adorable.

We like to be able to ask for food and where the bathroom is, so for those folks who get around and go far, a good translator is a best friend. There are apps that do the same of course, but for someone who doesn't want to have their phone out everywhere they go when traveling, this is a very nice alternative.

And if none of the above suits your traveler then how about a Trip! Check out WS Traveling Folks - Monday Traveling Motivation and Where Next Wednesday for sales! How about Milan, Italy for $499?

I hope this has helped in your search for the perfect gift for that dear one who is always off to the next "where." Let us know which one of these is the greatest hit when they open it! Safe travels wherever your journey takes you!
